I've explored lots of different paths, from studio art to astrophysics and from freelance commissions to a fast-paced startup. But I see this as a single path: art and science are just different ways of seeing the world and reacting to it. Art is a way of knowing, just like science. Design is a way of doing, just like engineering. I strive to distill complex systems down to their essence, without losing track of the important details. This is true whether formulating a logo or a theory about the universe
